This policy explains what personal data N&N Solutions BV ("we") collects when you visit this website or buy Helen's Kitchen Remedies, and how we use it.
Who is responsible
The data controller is N&N Solutions BV, 't Hof 64, 8730 Beernem, Belgium.
What we collect
- When you buy: your email address, billing country and address, and payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe (and its Link service). We never see or store your full card number.
- When you visit: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.
- When you email us: your email address and the content of your message.
Why we use it
- To deliver the book you bought and send your receipt (performance of a contract).
- To handle refunds and support questions (performance of a contract).
- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
- To keep the website secure and working (legitimate interest).
We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
Who we share it with

- Our accountant and tax authorities, when the law requires it.
Some of these providers process data outside the European Union, including in the United States, under safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The payment page run by Stripe uses cookies that are needed for secure payment and fraud prevention.
How long we keep it
Purchase and invoice records are kept for 7 years, as Belgian accounting law requires. Support emails are kept for up to 2 years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be) or the authority in your country.
Security
The website uses HTTPS encryption. Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. Access to our order data is protected by passwords and two-factor authentication.
